“Great stay”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a pool in such hot weather was fantastic; the room was spacious with a huge projector for watching a film, and breakfast in the morning was great, meeting other holidaymakers around the communal table.
“Okay”
The beds were comfy and the facilities were modern, and the spot was in a good area, though a little hard to locate. The staff don’t speak English, which made communication tough without translation apps. The chat never responded, and it wasn’t very helpful; sometimes the front desk was empty for a long stretch. Breakfast was basic, and the room itself wasn’t particularly cozy or lively.
The hotel was very good—clean, comfortable, and modern. It was a bit far from the cable car to the mountain, but they offered a Didi ride. The receptionist was very friendly throughout.
“Hidden gem of a hotel”
A fantastic place, totally worth recommending! The price was great, and the location near Tianmen Mountain was super convenient. We initially couldn’t find the hotel, but after calling, they drove us over. They also helped us map out our itinerary and gave us solid tips. After a long hike, the pool was a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was tasty too. The only hiccup was that they pointed us to the wrong spot, so we got a bit lost, but using AMaps and searching for “Relian – The Hidden Villa Inn” made finding the hotel a breeze. Don’t let that one mistake deter you—it’s absolutely worth it!
“So helpful and beautiful place”
The place and the management were amazing.
