The village setting is beautiful, a bit remote but worth the peace and quiet. On the second day, confusion between the co‑hosts forced us to move to a rundown lodge in a different village, cramped and lacking green space. That second lodge was poorly maintained, making the night a bad experience. The hosts need better communication so future guests aren’t affected.

“Stay was not peacefull and not satisfied with them”

We never received the room we booked, and halfway through the trip they told us to switch rooms. The new sheets were dirty and the room service was terrible. They promised breakfast but when we arrived they were clueless and the owner wouldn’t answer calls after the final payment. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service promised versus what was actually delivered. Everything promised was missing, including kitchen products that were never provided even after complaints.

The room and the view were nice, but the required facility was not provided.

The location is good, but the interior is not suitable for Ooty and is only suitable for bachelor parties. There was no generator or UPS; when we checked in there was no power, and even at 7 pm power was still out. After checking out, the owner refunded only 50 % of the amount.
