The staff were fine, but the restaurant is not attached to the hotel and there is no phone facility in the room.

Had a great time at Lotus Hotel; the staff were professional, polite, and always helpful, the place was very clean and well‑maintained, which made the stay comfortable, and its central location made it easy to travel around and reach nearby spots, so I’d definitely recommend it for a convenient and pleasant stay.
