The location is great and the price is good, and Javier is very attentive to guests. There was no air conditioning or fan, but the heat wasn't too bad for the time of year; maybe Javier could have placed a fan somewhere, but I didn't ask.

The location was close to the city center and the staff man was friendly, always asking how our holidays were. However, the room and bathroom were very dirty; a room can be simple and modest, but it still needs to be clean—especially for the price (see attached photos). Plus, being a low floor with a patio view, the room barely had any light.

I liked the location overall. In terms of cost‑benefit, there is a lot to wish for. On the first day I entered, the room was very dirty. The carpet was full of dust and hair, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the bathroom also had hair.
