The hosts were great and super friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean, and we felt well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing, and I would definitely recommend this place. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to all amenities—and free parking is a nice bonus. It would be my first choice if I ever visit Brighton again.

The location, decor, and hosts were all great. Wind noise from the windows (it was very stormy) probably isn’t typical weather, but it made the stay a bit noisy.

The location was amazing and free parking was a bonus, with plenty of nearby amenities. The heating was off and it was raining a lot, so I couldn’t get warm and dry, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Good location, helpful staff, and great coffee. The room was very bijou, with signs of wear and tear, and it felt a bit cold even after turning up the radiator.

The location was perfect for The Lanes and all other local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing to add.
