Wonderful staff, comfortable clean rooms, tasty hearty breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of the main sights, right at the entrance to Ichjan Kala. Thanks to Shahrizode and Sitor for a great stay!

The location. Reception opened at 6:30 and we could drop off our bags until the check‑in time listed on the site. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast only had two fried eggs and a few slices of tomato and cucumber. The bread had been stored in the fridge and was soggy. POS missing and payment only accepted in Sum.

I booked two nights, but after the first night the water stopped flowing the next morning; they said it would be fixed in five minutes, yet it never worked, so I canceled after one night and they refused to refund the single night's fee. The place was filthy, even for a guesthouse, and overall the cleanliness was terrible.

Only the girl at reception was friendly. Everything else was bad. Dirty, plumbing broken, old furniture. Very dirty around and in the bedding. Plumbing not working, beds creak terribly. Breakfast 👎
