“Relaxing”
The ambience, food and staff were all good, but the carpet in the room and corridor needed spot cleaning.

The hotel is excellent, located in a quiet area with a superb view. The lounge is of very high quality (rare in Japan) and the rooms are really spacious for the price. Like many Japanese restaurants, they’re not very family‑friendly, so we ate outside, which worked well. The breakfast was beautifully presented! The lounge’s food could be improved; it’s not clean at this top‑rated property, and other Asian countries now outshine Japan (Vietnam, for example).

Arriving at reception on the 36th floor at 9 pm was WOW! The rooms were amazing, with fantastic attention to detail, and everything feels brand new. The panoramic views from reception and the rooms match the level of the famed Tokyo Skytree, so no need to stand in long queues for the view. The staff were incredibly helpful and ultra‑polite, and I enjoyed great evenings in the restaurants and especially the stunning bar. Big thanks to everyone, especially the ladies and gentlemen on the late‑night bar shift, and the young lady named “Dream” (name translated from Japanese). I loved everything about this place.

The property offered clean, easy‑to‑use facilities, a well‑stocked restaurant (though a few more options would be nice), and ample spa amenities that let me unwind even on a tough business trip, thanks to the helpful team; however, the restaurant on the first to third floors had limited opening hours, making late dinners difficult, and I would have preferred everything to be doable inside the building, though the nearby Akasaka nightlife saved the day.
