The couple running the place are very friendly and help with any need. The food was delicious, I recommend having dinner and breakfast there. The upper terrace is great for relaxing, and I like that they offer a kitchen for guests. The beds are super comfortable, among the best on the whole trip! Everything was clean and you can see they put care into the business. We chose a location outside of Flores to avoid noise because it seemed like a residential area. That was a mistake. It’s far from the center, you need a tuk‑tuk or taxi for everything. Walking takes about half an hour, but with heat or at night I don’t recommend it. There was a lot of street noise; from the room we heard loud music from 6 am until night. It’s common in towns, but if we’d known we’d have stayed closer to Flores to get to Tikal.

The hosts are very friendly and always ready to help. There’s a cute cat and a lovely dog on the property. The hosts responded quickly via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. The view and the upper area of the place are great and very pleasant to relax. The location isn’t very good. It’s on a more remote street in a less attractive area, and it’s not easy to walk to Flores (about a 30‑minute walk). The shower didn’t heat properly and the water pressure was either too weak or too strong. Because the place has more of a backpacker/hostel vibe, there was noise at night from people talking and cooking close to the room.

Huge kudos to the French couple who combine social projects, environmental initiatives, and rentals! Unfortunately it was our last night before our flight, otherwise we would have stayed with pleasure and desire. They are super welcoming, friendly, and full of great projects… and the room is huge, clean, and comfortable. The terrace is awesome and the kitchen is delicious! If you need to stay in Flores, don’t hesitate!
