The finca was spacious, clean, and the kitchen well equipped. The pool was well maintained, and the bedrooms had ample storage for luggage and clothes. Only one bedroom and the kitchen had air‑conditioning; the rest relied on standing fans. There were stairs both inside and outside the property, posing a challenge for very small children and people with limited mobility.

The pool was beautiful and spotless, and I liked that it was salt water instead of chlorinated. However, none of the bedrooms had air conditioning, and the kitchen cabinet needs to be repaired.

The place isn’t a whole house but an apartment, and the owners live on the ground floor; the listing didn’t mention this, and after contacting Booking we couldn’t reach an agreement. It’s very disappointing that Booking tolerates such listings and offers no solution or goodwill gesture.

The location is spacious, airy, and above the plain with a view all the way to Alcúdia Bay, and the fresh wind often blows even on hot days. The salt‑water pool is very clean and free of chlorine, there are enough towels for the pool and the bathrooms, and there is a covered parking spot for two cars on the premises. Four pool loungers for six people are usually enough. The typical rural Mallorcan furnishings (chairs sometimes uncomfortable 🤭) fit the setting. What should be mentioned in the description: not all bedrooms have air conditioning (only one room and the kitchen do). A quiet, inconspicuous older couple lives on the ground floor; the booked house‑like apartment is on the upper floor. The pool length is too short for extensive swimming (about 6 m) but good for a quick cool‑off. A useful note for allergy sufferers is that there are cats (the resident cat sometimes comes into the apartment, but it didn’t bother us ☺️).
