The location is very strategic for getting around Karawaci. However, there were cats roaming the property, peeing everywhere, even in empty rooms. We found our mattress had been used by a cat, and when we asked for a room change it was impossible because the hostel was full; a new mattress was also denied. We ended up asking for a double with fresh towels, sheets, and a new bed cover, but it was still uncomfortable due to the smell and poor hygiene. Cats should not be allowed in the accommodation area. The evening/night staff were unhelpful and even snored when we requested new sheets, whereas the daytime staff were somewhat helpful but still limited in what they could do.
