I was impressed by the gardens onsen, but I would have liked to have meals delivered to our room.

The place was beautiful, the hospitality superb, and the rooms were amazing.

Onsen privato was great, but there was a persistent mold odor inside the room, probably due to the water‑based nature of the facility; understandable, yet not recommended for those sensitive to such conditions.
