I appreciated that it was a nice escape to just sleep, but I didn’t like that the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and there was a cigarette bud in it; I don’t smoke. The plugs were on one side, glass was broken on the floor, the TV couldn’t connect because Wi‑Fi was not working properly, and there was only one plug to charge my phone.

Location Friendly staff. There was an incident with the hot water, it was off for 1 day and then another day the cold water was off half the day the birds inside the ceiling made noise the room had so many cockroaches

I’m demanding a refund because we didn’t stay the night; after seeing the rooms we left feeling extremely disappointed. Everything about the place disgusted me—nothing was in order, and I can’t understand how they’d recommend it to guests, especially with no secure parking.
