I arrived and was told that Fortim might lose power because of a big event, so we ended up with no AC all night. The room felt cozy and spacious, but the power outage was a real inconvenience. If the hotel had a generator during busy times or could rent one, guests would be much more comfortable.

The atmosphere was calm, the parrots, the animals, the accommodation, the service. The beach was a bit far.

I loved everything! The sandals and Arlindo were also wonderful people, Vanessa and Mr. Sérgio – thank you so much. I felt at home thanks to the freedom of the place.

I liked everything; the room was wonderful, the bathroom huge—could even sleep inside. The ladies who greeted us were amazing and even made a little coffee, which I loved. I love the place; they just need to add a restaurant inside to make it easier. I love the animals there.
