The property is new. The breakfast was not worth serving; milk was spoiled and yogurt expired on the first day, and on the second day the box had not even been refilled. No staff member was available to ask for help.

A fantastic place that delivers comfort and peace, with 24‑hour care from the hosts. Lisa, who has been helping travelers for 15 years, is incredibly warm and helpful in every matter. I never encountered a situation where the property and owner exceeded my expectations; the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable, and the pool and beautiful grounds add to the experience.

The hotel sits a bit outside the town, but it’s very quiet and clean. The room and bathroom are nicely furnished, bright, and spacious. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There’s a great pool, though we couldn’t use it because we were just passing through. Even though we were five hours late, the electronic check‑in was smooth thanks to clear instructions from the staff.

Great, thoughtfully designed amenities, all brand new! The shower, climate control, lighting, and shading are perfect. The décor is lovely! We and our dog enjoyed the garden a lot. The hosts are friendly. It’s a good base for trips to Venice or Chioggia, Padua, etc. My husband didn’t like the scent of the shower gel, but that’s all. I actually liked the scent!

A special spot for a magical retreat surrounded by greenery. The services are top‑class, the staff friendly and cheerful, the breakfast excellent, and the order, cleanliness, and finishes are spectacular. Everything was perfect. I’ve never stayed in a place so meticulously cared for in every detail. Highly recommended!!! 10+++
