The location is beautiful and surrounded by woods. The building feels a bit old and the interiors need updating.

The forest setting was lovely. I booked seven months ahead, and when we arrived early the staff told us they were still preparing the rooms; after about 40 minutes they redirected us to another property, blaming a problem with the booking system. We returned to the restaurant for dinner, but the service was forgettable.

The spot is insane, so it’s worth coming back just for that. The breakfast could have used a bit more, otherwise it would have been a perfect score.
