The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room cleaning could be scheduled later in the day so it wouldn’t block the room.

Everything was perfect: the place was very clean, full of beautiful details, the location was great, and the breakfast and restaurant were excellent. The staff were kind, professional, and the best ever. Everything was perfect.

We loved everything – the hotel was spotless, a high‑end boutique experience with a luxurious pool, and the breakfast was the best in Italy. The hotel was stunning. They charged for the jacuzzi, which seemed unreasonable for such a fancy place to suddenly ask for a few euros to use a facility that’s already there.

The hotel was magnificent, with attentive staff always ready to help. Breakfast was great and could be enjoyed on the sunny terrace. The garden offered activities like ping‑pong and darts. A special mention for the delicious wine recommended for dinner, and the mascot – a cute dog that greets guests. There were many mosquitoes, as in the whole region, and a power and water outage that affected the entire valley, but the hotel still managed to keep breakfast service running.

The property is gorgeous and the staff are friendly, with breathtaking views that make the place feel very tranquil. However, my room had no closet, and the restaurant charged for simply sitting, for still water, and for tiny portions that were overpriced. They also close the restaurants on Mondays and Tuesdays.
