Overall the hotel is comfortable and pretty. I didn’t like the parking much because it’s somewhat inconvenient. During our stay, the city lost power and there was no water in the bathrooms, which was a bit unlucky.

The location is great, at the corner of 5th Avenue next to Shopping Quinta Alegria. The room is cramped but cute. Parking is paid and you have to park in the basement, which makes finding spots and maneuvering a bit difficult. The night is a noisy area.

The beds are huge, the location is great, it feels private, and it’s very clean; the staff were kind and always ready to help. The light in the room was very dim. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected based on the pictures.

The location is great, with plenty of activities nearby. There is some noise, but it was mentioned beforehand and we arranged accordingly, so it wasn’t a problem. The hotel is secure and police are often seen around. The little tea stand by the pool is awesome. The staff spend too much time on their phones instead of making sure everything is clean, including common areas. They’re friendly but don’t seem very concerned about what might happen to guests. The pool isn’t cleaned, which explains why it’s always empty. There’s a bleach smell coming from the tap and shower head, it sticks to the skin and isn’t very pleasant, but I guess that’s common in the city.

The proximity to 5th Avenue is a plus. I was charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned in the reservation.
