“nice luxury resort, popular with families so couples think carefully”

Breakfast was great, quick, and the beach was easy to reach. All the staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful. The phone with navigation and easy suggestions was great for exploring the island and quick communication with the hotel. The pool off our room wasn’t private, so we had to keep our door closed while children swam in rooms down the way and an old man doing laps didn’t notice us. The private lounge chairs became unusable with other guests swimming by. The resort was popular with families, so it was hard to find romance or privacy. For the cost and the staff’s attention to detail, the clientele and behavior were unexpected. With the resort’s seclusion, it felt like there should be better ways to enjoy the property without everyone seeing you all the time.

Everything was perfect. The place feels like a dream. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.

The location near the beach, the swimming corridor, and the welcome gift were great. The staff who cleaned our rooms were very friendly whenever we ran into them, and their work was impeccable. This hotel is more suited for families than for couples seeking quiet and relaxation, especially during school holidays. The restaurant tips feel forced (10 % already included in the bill, which can be cancelled if you wish, but you’re reluctant to do so). It feels like a cash dispenser, which is unpleasant. Everything is paid for, even the coffee pods and tea bags in the room… given the price per night, that’s a bit disappointing. The staff is friendly but they shout loudly across the restaurant from breakfast onwards, creating a “camping” vibe that clashes with the “luxury hotel” marketing they promote. Still a good stay overall, but you need to like the noise.
