“Not worth it”

I booked a room that looked larger in the photos, but it turned out to be smaller than expected and I was placed on the first floor even though I had requested a higher floor, with no consideration for my preference.

The staff were friendly, but there was no safe deposit locker even though it was advertised, and the rooms assigned to us were two floors apart.
