“local manager resolved my issues”
I was glad the hotel was close to where I needed to be in the morning, but the room was a mess: it was placed on the second floor instead of the main floor I asked for, so we had to move again. There were stains on the blankets and a used band‑aid on the floor, proving the room hadn't been cleaned properly.

The staff were very welcoming, warm, and professional. One toilet didn’t work in one of the two rooms when we arrived, so my aunts had to repack their luggage and change rooms. The staff reacted very quickly after we asked. In the other room the bathroom tap was hard to open and the shower curtain was a bit dirty at the bottom. Also, when we arrived the rooms were very cold, so the sheets were icy.

The place was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and there were plenty of spots outside the room to sit and hang out.

The ground floor and the pool were great. Nothing else.
It was beautiful, and I love the table and chairs set up in the hallways because the hallways are wide and well decorated. I would have preferred a bathtub instead of an enclosed shower, but it was fine.
