We stayed here for one night as part of our cycling holiday down the Rhine. The hotel was overlooking the Rhine and our room had a lovely view. The bicycles were stored securely in a covered locked cage to the rear of the hotel. We had a buffet dinner which was good and great value for money. Breakfast was good too

Gute Lage des Hotels und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man braucht, das Abendessen (Buffet) war lecker und ausreichend. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber

De ligging van het hotel, het uitzicht en de relatieve rust. Zwembad niet gebruikt maar zag er goed uit. Beperkte menu keuze avondeten maar dagmenu was prima

dinwe was maar keuze tussen twee soorten en van een alleen maar het hoofdgerecht genomen wat qua smaak niet bijzonder was moesten wel het gehele driegangen menu afrekenen. zie boven

The hotel sits atop a hill on a plateau formed by former stone quarry work, overlooking a bend in the River Rhine and local towns. I spent four hours at my table watching daylight fade and evening lights glow across the river. Dunkel Bier, a delicious steak, and dessert wrapped up my eventful day. However, finding the hotel was a challenge: my SatNav claimed I had arrived, but 20 minutes later I was parked outside the hotel. Future travelers should turn right at the T‑junction, go under the railway line, then take the left‑hand bend; the road to the hotel is on the right. The SatNav really let me down.
