The spot, the friendliness of the reception and the whole staff, and the quality of the breakfast were all great. Nothing to add.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful, the rooms clean, the housekeeper friendly, the spot superb, and they offered a kettle, tea, and herbal teas. The reception smelled unclassy and even unpleasant at the entrance, and the welcome was chaotic; not all staff were smiling, though they answered our questions. I feel ibis is a cool brand, but it lacks real hotel class. At breakfast, arriving at 3 p.m. we had no seating and were offered no solution unless we asked. It was a bit noisy, and the bathroom lacked basics like towels, cotton swabs, and cotton pads.
