The location is very central, but the rooftop terrace was a joke—tiny, unsafe, and the “pool” was about the size of a jacuzzi that could fit only five people, while the sun loungers were all taken. The elevators were odd, some only went to certain floors, and the lobby and ground floor were extremely dark, making it hard to see without tripping on the ramp. The room was okay but very small, and the bathroom was tired and dated.

A small boutique hotel in a great location; we loved the terrace that came with our room—it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Granada. The roof bar area seemed to be closed.

The hotel was in an excellent location. There were lovely restaurants and shops close by. The beautiful cathedral was a five minute walk away. There were taxis nearby which we used to make a short run to the Alhambra. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need supplied in the room. The hotel staff were friendly with a special mention for Javier who was the evening receptionist and was so helpful and knowledgeable. It could not have been more perfect!. Nothing!
