“Terrível, a nunca mais voltar!!! Infelizmente já não se pode confiar mas avalicoes do alojamento”
The best part of the accommodation was Liam’s guided tour of the alpaca herd on Thursday. He was a genuinely friendly and attentive worker, which made the visit very interesting and enjoyable. The lady at breakfast was also very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, those were the only positives of the stay. It was the worst accommodation I’ve ever booked through Booking; I felt completely misled. The place itself was poorly maintained, with construction debris littering the grounds, and the “natural” pool was completely dirty—so dirty you couldn’t see anything, unlike the pictures on Booking and the website. It was a complete lie that a natural pool could look like that. To make matters worse, I booked a tipi tent, which was the worst experience we could have had. I spent the night wondering how much better it would have been to bring my own tent, because I’ve camped a lot and never had the problems I encountered here, which was supposed to be a more comfortable, hassle‑free glamping spot. Inside the tent, it was clear that insects and amphibians could get in even with the tent closed. When we opened the chest at the foot of the bed, it was full of dust, cobwebs, sticks, and spiders. The blanket smelled bad and looked anything but clean. We brought mosquito spray and used it all night until sunrise, because the tent didn’t seal properly. The tipi’s roof was completely open with no mosquito net or protection against rain or humidity, turning our night into a frustration. It was impossible to sleep with constant mosquito bites, even though I had used repellent. I contacted Paz, the manager, because the price I paid makes this unacceptable, and I was told they would try to resolve it.
