The staff were friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable, but the duvet felt a bit too thick for the season.

The room was very comfortable and well equipped, the welcome was warm, and the location was perfect just steps from Roslyn Chapel; breakfast isn’t served, but a café at the foot of the hotel does the job just fine.

The bed was super comfy and clean, there were plenty of fresh towels and hot water, snacks and tea facilities, and a TV; the adjoining café was great for breakfast with lively bacon rolls and tea. The building is older and shows some wear, the ensuite sink was cracked, and I barely slept two hours because the sash window rattled all night—I've mentioned it to the café staff. I don’t like posting negative reviews, but they might not know about the window and hopefully it gets fixed; it’s a handy spot for me to stay.

The room and staff in the accomodation were all lovely. The location was the best as, there was a lovely country pub across the road which was a lovely experience and the food was amazing. And, across the r5oad a short walk away is Rosslyn Chapel. Location was perfect. The Dolly Cafe attached to this accomodation, one particular member of staff was very rude and grumpy. The service could have been better, and more smiles from the staff as most of them looked miserable
