The location was great, just a stone’s throw from the train and bus station. However, the bed sheets weren’t clean—there were hairs left on them—and the facilities weren’t functioning well enough.

The location is directly opposite the train station, very convenient, though naturally the surrounding area reflects that.

A fantastic new bathroom, spotlessly clean, and a smooth check‑in. Just a few steps from the bus terminal and train station, it’s ideal for a quick layover.

Spotlessly clean and perfectly positioned right outside the station, making it a great stop after arriving in Palermo before heading to Cefalu, especially when traveling with a little baby. The communal kitchenette with a microwave was a lifesaver for sterilising bottles and pumping. The host was lovely and very responsive throughout. The baby cot was broken and we only discovered that it wasn’t available upon arrival; this seems to be a recurring issue at other places, so it’s best to confirm such requests directly with the host before paying. We managed to bedshare, so it wasn’t a major problem, but if you need a cot, ask beforehand to ensure your baby’s safety.

The place was clean and the location was good. However, one of the three‑bedroom rooms had a bathroom outside the room. You have to leave your room to use the bathroom, and the door can only be locked from the inside, so anyone can use it. Because the kitchen is next door, it can easily be mistaken for a communal bathroom. This was not disclosed at booking and nowhere in the description.
