“Niestety drugi raz bym nie wybrała tego hotelu.”
The room was clean, but the staff were not very courteous (excluding the waiters). In the restaurant we received very raw ribs, unfortunately. The biggest flaw in the bathroom was the shower: it could not be adjusted, so it sprayed water all over the room, there was no shelf for cosmetics under the shower, and the water from the bathtub overflow could not be turned off, causing very hot water to leak down the floor, risking burns on the feet. In the morning we went for breakfast, which was not available, and no staff were present. We had to find someone; the receptionist stood outside the entrance, looking surprised when we asked about breakfast. Eventually she pulled out a hidden a la carte menu for us.
Amazing location and amenities. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Totally recommend the heated pool. Every room is unique. Would be great of the rooms had balcony
“Authentic romania hotel rooms”
The room was gorgeous and the location very peaceful, with staff that were helpful and a games room that let me enjoy a round of pool. The breakfast, however, lacked a good selection of Romanian dishes, and the sunny spot was unpleasant because the food wasn’t properly heated or cooled; plus there were plenty of wasps because the food was left uncovered.

The hotel sits in a quiet, spacious setting, beautifully furnished and kept clean; the staff are friendly.
