The room was a decent size, but the breakfast fell short and the pool wasn’t great either.

The staff were really nice and helpful, especially when we arrived early from Texas and they let us check in ahead of time; the room and hotel itself were clean. The pool was super cold and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Air conditioning was already working when we arrived, making the room nice and cool; the room was a good size for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc., and the hotel is close to the freeway and Vicksburg National Military Park. The pool was freezing cold.

The breakfast was decent and all the staff were really sweet. When we arrived it was a little later, so you can’t check in inside the facility; you check in from a side window, which I hated. The room was not clean, sheets had stains, and after showering I found a long blonde hair on my shoulder. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, but the clerk at the desk that morning made it right by having the housekeeper clean our room and change all the towels. Also the shower head isn’t adjustable, so because I’m a little shorter it sprayed in a way that pinned me against the back wall of the shower. I probably won’t stay at a Best Western again because that bothered me, but it was a decent stay overall.
