We spent three days at Borgo Petralia and absolutely loved it; Sara, her family, and everyone else on the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and caring, going above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The two connecting rooms with sea view were spacious and fully equipped, and we appreciated the slightly older vibe that felt genuine and cozy. The pool with its view was fantastic, breakfast was plentiful, and the dinners—if you decide to dine there—were truly lovely, though a bit pricey. I can't recommend it enough!

We were greeted very warmly, received a small dinner even though the kitchen was already closed because our flight was delayed; the family‑run place is fully friendly, the breakfast offers many homemade items (cakes, jam, etc.) from Mama, the atmosphere is great, and the property with its view of Etna is fantastic—highly recommended!

Everything was splendid: the welcome, the family, the continuous service that only wishes for your happiness and attends to every small detail; Sara and her mother are absolutely adorable, we liked it and would return.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely location with great view of Etna. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade choices. Security lights were reassuring but some curtains / shutters on all windows would have been good. Only a very minor observation
