It's a charming place, surrounded by nature, in silence and tranquility. The kindness and attentiveness of the owners make the place even more magical. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable and plan to return.

A perfect spot for those who love quiet and lounging while still being close to attractions like Pérouse, Assisi, Loreto, Fabriano, and Macerata, as well as the Sibylline mountain hikes; bikes and mountain bikes are available right from the property, the pool is spacious and surrounded by olive trees, and shops and restaurants are nearby. The house is private with a shaded pergola that keeps it separate from the neighboring unit. Daniela and Gustavo are friendly hosts who are always ready to help. I highly recommend this place!

Set in a peaceful oasis of the Marche countryside, this house has been tastefully updated, keeping the original charm while meeting every need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed in what I think was the smallest room, which lacked cooking facilities. The layout gives guests great privacy, and the pool area is large and airy, allowing us to relax and enjoy the view in peace.
