The welcome was very good, and the room was cute though small, but everything else was fine.

The owners went out of their way to help us, even carrying our heavy luggage up the narrow spiral staircase; we had to leave early the next day, yet we still managed to have breakfast, and the nearby restaurants and the area right on the Ottawa River were lovely.

The hosts were very friendly and the rooms and excellent breakfast were made with love; the quiet location in Gatineau right on the river is great, easy to reach, and you can see the Ottawa skyline. Ottawa downtown is a 15‑minute drive, so the place is ideal if you want to explore Ottawa without staying in the city itself, and everything was top!

The spot was great and the hosts were wonderful and attentive; the room was charming and lovely, the breakfast tasty, and sitting by the fire with a glass of wine was our favorite part—I’ll definitely come back. We probably booked the smallest room; a larger one would feel more like home, but it was still lovely.

The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the accommodation well‑located; the room was small but had all the useful gear, the place was quiet by the water and close to both Ottawa city and Gatineau Park (a car is needed), and nothing was missing.
