“Comfy hotel.”
The room was a 5x size and the sleep was the best I’ve had in a hotel; everything inside was immaculate and spot on, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The only downside was the absence of a relaxation centre or bar where guests could return after dark; once evening fell it felt like a graveyard with nothing to do unless you walked to the little centre a bit away for food or drink, which was a nightmare. Additionally, staff communication was poor – I didn’t know there was a pool in the hotel – and for those reasons I won’t return to Ikonik, though I will miss their cosy room.
