The location is excellent, close to Wlenia and Lwówka, and the stay can be paired with kayak trips organized by the owner under the name “Tęczowe Spływy”; the shared dining/kitchen/play area is superbly equipped with foosball and the forest terrace above the building offers a fire pit, benches, a space for children, and even a tame fox, and everything else was pleasing.

The common area is fantastic, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette with a separate toilet, complete with parchment paper, spices, coffee, tea, and more; the décor is beautiful and floral, with tables for meals, a children's game corner, and foosball, all glass‑enclosed with a stunning view of the mountains and river; the rooms are spotless with air‑conditioning, and a garden with hammocks, a playground, a fire pit, all surrounded by greenery away from the street; bicycles could be stored in the owner's shed at night, and we were thrilled. The only downside is that there is no TV for those who want it, and the path from the rooms to the common area goes through a courtyard, which can be uncomfortable in bad weather, but overall it’s great, though the main street means cars pass by.

The place is absolutely wonderful on the riverbank, the owners are very accommodating and clearly invested in the property, and if you’re traveling with kids, the playground “up on the hill” is a definite highlight; we’ve never seen such a variety of activities elsewhere, and the option to book a jacuzzi for an extra fee added to the experience. The only drawback was that the kitchen lacked a regular kitchen towel for drying dishes or hands.

The hosts are warm and friendly, the building is tastefully decorated, right on the river with a beautiful forest garden overlooking the surroundings, a fire pit, grill, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a pool; the silence, peace, relaxation, and location are perfect, and everything pleased us. It’s a paradise for kayaking enthusiasts, as the hosts organize trips and the river is “under the door”; the area is charming with many interesting trails, castles, palaces, old railway bridges, and a dam, offering beautiful views; it’s close to the region’s main attractions yet much quieter than the crowded Szklarska Poręba. We highly recommend it and wish the hosts never have to worry about a lack of guests; we’ll definitely return for kayaking.

The balcony overlooking the Bober offered an amazing view. The host was very courteous and helpful, giving us great tips and gladly assisting with everything we needed. The traffic on the street next to the house was sometimes noisy.
