Everything was good

The place was clean and quiet. There’s just a slight smell from the A/C.

The staff were kind, the place was quiet, and the daily refills of water and coffee were appreciated. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day with great attention to detail. The towels were changed daily, and everything was always great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The place was clean and the rooms were refreshed daily. The room itself was spacious and pleasant, and we never saw monkeys on the terrace, just distant views. The owner and the staff were friendly and helpful. Regarding breakfast, it was served on the room’s terrace at a time you tell the manager the night before; the quality was good but the selection was limited, mostly egg dishes—seven days of eggs at breakfast is a bit much for us Italians 😅. It was also consistently 10‑15 minutes late compared to the agreed time; after a couple of days you learn to order 10‑15 minutes earlier, but I don’t understand why it can’t just be punctual 🤷🏻♂️. The location is about a 20‑minute walk from Ubud’s center and most restaurants; we knew that, it’s not that far, but in hindsight I wouldn’t call it “central”, more like tucked away, quiet and away from the bustle. Even when we were in central Ubud, we took Grab to return after dinner; walking after a sunny day feels a bit tiring. Finally, in our room the bathroom window had four 1‑cm holes, presumably for ventilation; this sometimes lets insects or geckos into the room, which happened to us.
