The staff were extremely rude, the rooms had bugs, and when I tried to sleep the cleaning cart was pushed into my child without an apology; when I asked for one, she flat‑out said, “Move your kid. I'm cleaning.”

The room was clean and convenient, but there was no soap in the bathroom and the hot water took a long time to come through. There were no wine glasses, the bathroom door handle was falling apart, and another guest was very noisy.
