The place was centrally located and the reception staff treated me well, yet the rooms could use a little more upkeep.

The hotel sits close to the Malecón and craft markets, but the on‑site restaurant serves both guests and outsiders, and the poolside tables and chairs are shared, preventing you from eating food you didn't buy there; I had booked a room independently before and it was far better than the one assigned through the app.

The pool was spotless, though it splashed water on me; the room stayed damp, the air conditioner couldn't lower the temperature, and the restaurant meals were pricey.
