The front desk lady was very sweet and upfront, but she was stuck with a rotten deal and we felt bad that the management wouldn’t answer her phone or come in when we asked to speak with her. The hotel over‑booked our room and then gave it to a party that just booked it when I tried to book mid‑August; the manager wanted us to pay the same price for two single rooms, effectively charging double the original room. We didn’t stay there for our trip and went to Best Western instead. The management at Candlewood was supposed to call me the next morning but never did. I do not recommend staying at Candlewood Suites.

The price was great, the room layout good, the bed comfy, and the place super clean. The room felt very humid, and the guests in the room above us were extremely noisy every night, stomping loudly; it wasn’t the staff’s fault but it was aggravating. Better coffee creamer and more coffee would also be appreciated.

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. There was no free hot breakfast available.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful with a patio and a BBQ for guests. The only downside was that a check‑in person could have explained that there was more parking in the back.
