The room was clean and conveniently located near the Hilti office, which was a big plus.
The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, as it was convenient for us.
The breakfast was superb, but I did feel that clearer signage or some form of explanation about the breakfast process would have been helpful.
The bed creaked quite a bit, which was distracting.

“Ein wunderschöner Ausblick in einem wunderbaren neuen Hotel”
Everything was perfect. No staff present—everything is digital.
When you want to sleep, you hear every room door slam and the walls vibrate with this construction. The rooms themselves are fine.
“Völlig unzuverlässig: Gäste werden hingehalten und vor verschlossener Tür stehen gelassen”
The new building and modern equipment were nice, yet we had to take an extra early train and a big detour because the hotel told us our forgotten headphones were ready, just to arrive before noon. At the hotel between 10:45 and 11:30 the reception was empty; we rang the bell and called repeatedly, only to be told by different staff every minute that “someone from housekeeping would be there any second.” After 45 minutes in the empty lobby nobody showed up. It seemed as if no one was on site and guests were deliberately kept waiting instead of being honest. We had to leave empty‑handed and without our belongings. The digital, low‑staff concept fails completely when you need help. Anyone who values reliability, accessibility, and basic respect should avoid this place.
The view is magnificent.
The location and room size were solid, but the bathroom felt more like a gas station, the breakfast was sparse, and all the information was in German.
