My recent stay at this beautiful hotel was truly a special treat, with an incredibly comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

While I was impressed by the hotel's stunning decoration and architecture, the rooms were a bit smaller than I had anticipated. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be struggling to provide impeccable service, with the concierge being particularly unhelpful. As someone who has stayed at high-end hotels before, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail.

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel staff and dining options, but unfortunately, I encountered a frustrating issue with the TV, which was out of order for the entire duration of my stay. Despite reporting the problem and having it looked into twice, it remained unresolved.
