The pool was in a terrible state with broken tiles and looked really sad; we didn’t even stay the night, and the photos were from a long time ago, making the hotel feel deserted.

The location is convenient near Pranburi’s main attractions like Talan Sam Ton, Street Food at night, and Khao Kao Beach, and the staff are friendly with good breakfast, but the rooms are a bit shabby, the bathrooms have a bad odor and dim lighting, the room AC isn’t very cool, and the balcony is covered in a lot of bird droppings.

The location is good, right by the sea and near three palm trees, and the room is spacious, yet parking is inconvenient, the driveway lacks a ramp, and the bathroom’s wet‑and‑dry zones are poorly arranged.

Rooms are big & a great sea view. Breakfast was great with a large selection. Staff were brilliant especially on reception. No Spa but says it's a Spa hotel 😁😁, tiles missing in the pools so caught your feet. Ordered a rice dish with chicken without any spice or chillies & it came with 3 fresh red chillies on top & was very spicy so we left & went out for lunch
