The spot is awesome, definitely the best way to unwind and soak up nature’s sounds, with river‑view porticos and a great spot just to breathe deeply. The staff could use more training; I had to keep calling for small things. The bedding had stains, and although the rooms were clean and tidy, those leftover spots made me feel the hygiene was lacking.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks largely to the exceptional staff, particularly in the restaurant and reception areas. Sarath, in particular, went above and beyond to help us, and I was truly impressed. However, our room did have an issue with hot water, which could have been a bigger problem for some guests. Despite this, the staff's efforts made our stay enjoyable.

The view from my room was stunning, and that's definitely a selling point for this hotel. I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, but I also didn't have the chance to explore many other aspects of the hotel. If you're looking for a place with a great view, this might be a good choice.

I enjoyed my stay at this lakeside resort, which offered a beautiful view and a good location. The facilities were sufficient for my needs, and I appreciated the serene atmosphere. However, the service was merely average, which fell short of my expectations. Overall, it was a decent experience.
