A peaceful forest setting that fills your soul with calm, surrounded by the sounds of birds and other woodland creatures, and a beautiful stay made from natural materials.
“Absoluut een aanrader voor de rustzoekers!! Prachtige accomodatie!!”
The location was wonderful—peaceful, with even deer strolling by one evening, a refreshingly cool pool, and a nearby forest perfect for walks; a Mercator supermarket was a 7‑minute walk away and a larger one 20 minutes away, the host was very attentive, wine was on‑site, the terrace was nice, air‑conditioning worked well upstairs, and the downstairs climate control handled 35 °C comfortably, the house size was just right, and with few units around it stayed quiet. The kitchen gear was fine for a holiday (just note there’s no coffee machine, only a Turkish‑coffee pot—though the host does have a machine), everything was tidy, and I’d recommend stargazing one evening with Bojan Jandrasic—it was incredibly fun and special; being close to Hungary added a nice touch for us, both for the drive and the food. The shower head couldn’t be locked and kept sliding down, and we weren’t fans of showering in the bathtub but knew that beforehand, so it was manageable; if several families with kids are present the pool can fill up quickly and get noisy, and there’s a building on the grounds that hosts parties—our quiet birthday with soft music was fine, but if you crave total silence you might want to check in advance whether a party is scheduled during your stay.

The house felt chill and cozy, its location was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful, but since there are several houses, ours was a little further from the pool (10 minute walk) and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly.
We celebrated a sister’s birthday with a little ceremony, the villa was spacious, everything was clean, very nicely furnished, the outdoor pool was stunning, and they even catered to all dietary restrictions. Highly recommend! ♡
