Located in Costa Adeje, Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur is a colonial-style hotel offering luxurious amenities and stunning Atlantic Ocean views. The hotel features 5 swimming pools, a Nammu Spa with thermal circuits, and a fitness centre. Elegant rooms have balconies and sea views, while two restaurants serve Canarian cuisine and charcoal-grilled meat. Duque Beach is 500 metres away, and a free shuttle service is available.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. My room was cleaned twice a day and the hotel itself was kept immaculately clean. The pool areas were big with lots of beds and umbrellas. Breakfast options were excellent – there was a wide variety of healthy options which I appreciated – they even had almond milk, which so many places don't provide. A highlight was morning pilates on the terrace. I was not aware when booking that the spa pool was closed, which was disappointing. Also, the spa pool area was being painted during my stay, which left quite a powerful smell.
