Professional reception, no more to add. The breakfast was fine, nothing special. The bedding is good and the location is very convenient, but the carpet in the rooms is unacceptable—unhygienic, everyone comes in shoes and it can’t be washed, a major flaw in my view.

The staff were very friendly, but the breakfast was noisy and the staff were a bit unhelpful.

The air‑conditioning in my room had no remote control, so it didn’t work and there was no way to get one.

The service and support were great, yet the climate control system was broken.
