It’s close to amenities, taxis, metro. The establishment feels old, the furniture is damaged, the staff isn’t very present, breakfast is very simple, and the alley with some night bars isn’t suitable for children.

The location is unbeatable. It’s 200 m from the main road but you can walk to the BTS and MRT in 5‑10 minutes, plus Terminal 21 and a couple of other shopping centres. Bars, massage, and food are at the end of the street. 7‑Eleven is a few doors down. It’s right in the central area for nightlife, and you can walk everywhere if you want. The room was large, had a bath and shower, and a decent kitchen that I didn’t use. The bed was good. Nothing really. The pool area could use a renovation but it’s still okay.

I stayed in a great area, but the mattress was extremely hard and left my neck and hip sore.

The place was clean, yet the pool’s exit stair without a railing made getting out very dangerous.
