“Є куди рости.”
The staff asked whether I’d be at breakfast or had plans for excursions. Convenient location, literally two blocks from the central square. The accommodation was on the first floor. Light switches could be turned off lying in bed. The lock could be opened with an electronic key. 1. The door key works only as a key; there is no wall slot to just pull the card out and go, and the light doesn’t automatically turn off. Also, when you enter in the dark you have to flip the switches to turn on the light instead of just inserting the card into a slot. 2. Electricity: sockets exist only on the first level and all of them poorly hold a charger. On the second level near the bed there are no sockets, though that would be convenient. There is a socket behind the TV but it’s unreachable because the TV is mounted directly on the wall. Also, the ceiling spotlights blind the eyes; a different lighting would be better. 3. Bathroom: the extractor runs very loudly, the bearing is worn. The hair dryer is also very noisy, and the outer insulation at the cable attachment point to the mirror is damaged. It’s not a problem but looks ugly and a bit neglected. The shower curtain is too short; when showering water splashes where it shouldn’t. About +5 cm higher on the lower part of the curtain would solve the issue. 4. Stairs to the second level are secured with only one bolt! When you use them, they sway and creak! Room 102.
