The spot was convenient and the staff were friendly, but the towels felt very old and the bed linens were subpar.

The bed and sheets were excellent, but the noise insulation was terrible; you can hear everything from the hallway, and even from neighboring rooms, though slightly less.

The location was quiet, though a bit outside the city, and the room size, bathroom, and bed were good, with decent breakfast service. However, the staff failed to replenish items like shampoo when we mentioned it, the room was dirty in many corners, and I would rate the breakfast a 3.

The location was great, we found the hotel at the last minute and were not disappointed at all. The staff were responsive and pleasant, the buffet breakfasts were superb, the room was clean and cozy, and the 5th‑floor restaurant was fantastic—our first stop in Tbilisi. Take the elevator up and visit that place; I highly recommend this hotel.
