Everything was fine, except for a bit of noise from other guests that the hotel staff quickly resolved. The hotel is in Antônio João, not Ponta Porã.

The place was good overall, but the sheets and towels were way too hot. It made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was fine.

Everything was very good. The room was clean, the service was prompt, and the amenities were top notch. I had no complaints.

The service was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. However, the room I booked said it had a balcony, but it was completely closed off. That was a letdown.

Cleanliness and comfort were spot on. The room was tidy and the bed was comfy. I would recommend it.
