They required a $100 deposit that should have been mentioned during the booking process. I don't mind placing a deposit, but if you go through the entire booking process and charge someone's card that charge should have already been mentioned. This hotel didn't say a word about it until you were on site and trying to check in. Better communication would be appreciated
The facilities and the spot where the hotel sits both impressed me.

The staff were friendly, each person greeted me with a pleasant smile, but parking was a bit tricky to find because it’s tucked behind some restaurants and surrounded by a cluster of hotels.
I loved everything except the AC controls that wouldn’t turn up or down, yet they still turned on.
Room was nice. Getting charged twice. Hassle at front desk. Paid to booking. com two weeks prior and hotel wanted to charge again. They said it happens all the time . Better coordination needed
