The décor looks pretty but it’s not always practical, and the staff are sweet. The services are cut back to the bare minimum – no on‑site dining except breakfast, which you have to order the day before. The room faces everyone, so privacy is zero.

I appreciated the cave‑style vibe; it’s something I’d never experienced in a hotel before, so it was a nice change of pace. I couldn’t find any real drawbacks, except that a few rooms lack a TV, which matters to me as a TV fan, but overall the ambience was exactly what a wellness spa should offer.
